The Unconference Model

As part of my initiative to integrate BYOD into my current school, I heavily considered the unconference model. I had experienced this type of professional learning model at Ed Camps and wrote The Unconference Model: Valuing and Engaging Active Participants in an effort to consider if it could be used to support the implementation of BYOD at my school. This led to my post Revising a BYOD Action Plan: Creating an Online PD Space, much of which is included in the formal BYOD Action Plan below.
